Department of
Applied Sciences & Humanities deals with various
subjects like English, Chemistry,
Physics and Mathematics.
Department has been
active right from the beginning of the college
foundation.
The Department 13
has numbers of faculties including Ph.D. & Post
graduates on various posts like Readers, Sr. Lecturers
& Lecturers.
Time-to-time the
department arranges seminars of eminent visiting
professors for the betterment of lecturers and
students.
There is an Active
role of the department in all the activities like
college administration, Examination, etc.
The
department of mathematics organized successfully the
15th Annual Conference of Rajasthan Ganita Parisad &
Symposium on the Applications of Advanced Mathematics
in Engineering on 14-15 Feb., 2004. In this conference
research papers & lecturers were presented by various
eminent mathematicians and scientists.
The faculty of this
Department have also published & presented many
research papers in some leading journals and
conferences.
The department
has been giving best results (about 98%) continuously
for last 3 years & same is expected this year too.
Faculty of
department has published a book in current session &
plans for more publication in the coming session.
Department is
actively involved in preparing, designing and editing
'Impressions' - The monthly Newsletter, 'Arya Digital
Expresso'-The Annual College Magazine, the College
Broucher and Annual Reports of the college.
The department also
emphasizes on improving the communication skills of
the students by organizing regular group discussion
for the students of all the four years.
The labs are well
equipped with latest electronic instruments, a proper
dark room in physics lab.
The department plans
for implementing the projects obtained from various
organizations like AICTE, DST, UGC and UOR etc.
