    2. Foundation Stone of the Department of Computer Science & Engg. was laid in 2000, right from the inception of college.
       
    3. The Department is taking very sincere initiatives to impart the best education to the students of all levels.
       

    4. The department has 9 well furnished labs equipped with latest configuration of computers and others accessories like printers, Scanners, CD Writers, Web-Cam, UPS, switches and HUBS etc.
       

    5. The department comprises of 150 computers connected with networks.
       

    6. Separate labs of 30 computers to provide the Internet facilities through VSAT system having bandwidth of 128 kbps.
       

    7. Planning to establish advanced departmental library in near future.
       

    8. In future the department will maintain its own Research & Development Cell for providing the base to young talents of the college.
       

    9. The Department has organized successfully the CCNA (CISCO Certified Networks Associates), CCNP (CISCO Certified Networks Professional) courses.
       

    10. The Department has also arranged the seminars on the ORACLE, Linux Operating System and VLSI technology etc.
       

    11. The department is managed by 5 M.E. senior lecturers, 3 lecturers and 9 technicians.
