  2. In this branch students get an opportunity to work with various electrical and non-electrical gadgets and instruments.
     

  3. This branch provides in-depth knowledge of all the devices commonly used in day to day living, like the different house wiring, different cables, illumination lamps and devices, different transformers, transducers, motors, coupled generators, high current rectifiers, fraction heating etc.
     

  4. There are eleven labs in the department with highly sophisticated instruments providing hands on experience of the subject.
     
  5. Highly equipped Electrical Lab (Like Electrical Machine Lab, power Electronics Lab, HV Lab, Instrumentation Lab, Electrical Workshop).

        

  1. Expert supervision & guidance provided by experienced faculty(1 Ph.D., 3 M.E., 2 B.E.) & lab assistants.
     
  2. Maximum emphasis on manual expertise through practical sessions.
     
  3. Students encouraged to design & develop different transformers in lab.
     
  4. Live projects developed in labs.
     
  5. Industrial visit to Super Thermal Power Plant, Hydro Power Projects, Nuclear Power Project, Wind Power Plant and Solar Power Project.
