  2. The department is headed by Prof. M.L. Sisodia a renowned professor in the field of Electronics with the experience of 23 years.
     

  3. The foundation of the Department of Electronics and Communication Engg laid down in year 2000, which was also the year of the inception of the college. Now it has become the strongest pillar of the edifice of Arya.
     

  4. This branch of Engineering has become the lifeline of modern technology as it provides the basis for countless innovations (Computer hardware, Microprocessor, Control system, Instrumentation, Robotics, Electronics war fare and all types of communication etc.).

        

  1. The syllabus is also designed systematically to provide basic knowledge of the concept of electronics to its students like active and passive devices, circuit analysis, digital and discrete electronics, wave propagation etc. and applied subjects.
     

  2. The department has a judicious combination of 5 senior professors, 8 M.E. senior lecturers & 9 graduate lecturers.
     

  3. Students & faculty visited the multinational company ERICSSON and Omega Electronics Ltd.
     

  4. Department of ECE had organized a state level project competition in which various students of other institute participated. The Director of ERICSSON was the chief judge.
     

  5. Students of the Dept. have also visited technical trade fair at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi for technical exposure.
     

  6. Department has initiated faculty members to prepare course material which is up-to-date and according to the syllabus and has tutorial sheets. Dept. will publish this material under the monograph of Arya ECE series.
     

  7. The Department offers two courses: -
    i) Electronics & Communication Engg. - 90 (Annual Intake)
    ii) Electronics, Instrumentation & Control Engg. (EI & C) - 60 (Annual Intake)
     

  8. Four students of this Dept. have also cleared GATE exam of year 2004.
